Services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Booking and Payment:

  • Services must be booked in advance through designated channels.
  • Payment is due at the time of booking; services are rendered upon receipt of payment.
  • Payment methods include online gateways and cash.

Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Cancellations must be made 72 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • Refunds may be subject to cancellation fees as determined by Namma Serve Pvt Ltd.
  • Refunds will be processed according to the refund policy.

Caregiver Allocation:

Namma Serve Pvt Ltd aims to allocate caregivers based on client preferences and requirements.
Caregiver availability may vary.

Code of Conduct:

  • Professional conduct is expected from both clients and caregivers.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Liability:

  • Namma Serve Pvt Ltd and its caregivers are not liable for damages, injuries, or losses except in cases of gross negligence.
  • Clients are responsible for providing a safe environment and necessary supplies.

Confidentiality:

Client information will be kept confidential; caregivers are required to uphold confidentiality.

Feedback and Complaints:

Feedback is welcomed; complaints will be addressed by Namma Serve Pvt Ltd’s customer service team.

Modification of Terms:

Namma Serve Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify terms with or without notice.

Other T&C:

  • We charge a platform fee of Rs. 3000 (Inclusive of GST) for hiring and facilitating the process hassle-free until the start of service.
  • The customer will be paying the caregiver directly.
  • If the customer is unhappy with the caregiver within the first 30 days, Namma Serve Pvt Ltd will assist the customer in hiring another person.
